Introduction to the Myers-Briggs CPI260 Leadership Assessment: Work-Related Measures

Welcome to this leadership development session, the sixth of six modules in a series, providing additional details about the leadership characteristic scales in the Work-Related Measures category of the Myers-Briggs leadership assessment called the California Psychological Inventory, or the CPI 260.  The purpose of this module is to provide more information about the individual scales in the Work-Related Measures category for client learning and to supplement discussions with clients on their own results and professional and personal development goals.  Other modules in this series provide greater detail on scale definitions for other categories.
